One of the final items of our booking procedure before Diving in St. Thomas will be to inform you of our 72 hour cancellation policy. Once a seat is sold we hold it for that customer and frequently turn away other divers as a result. When we confirm a sold seat we guarantee to hold it for that customer. In return we expect the customer’s verbal “hand shake” agreeing to financial responsibility for the seat


Cancellation Policy for Diving With ADC St. Thomas

Admiralty Dive Center recognises that sometimes things don't go to plan, weather is not kind, the kids get sick or simply work won't play the game and you can't go diving for whatever reason. We have devised this policy to help you out:


We have a 7 day Cancellation Policy for a Private Charter and a 72 hour Cancellation Policy for individuals. 


  • If you determine you will not make your confirmed dive in St. Thomas you should at your earliest convenience inform our office of your desire to cancel. At that time you will be informed that you are still responsible for the cost of your space but we will do our best to resell your space. In the event that your space is resold you will not be charged. If we are not able to fill your space your credit card may be charged the full amount of the reservation.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  • You will NOT be charged if we need to cancel your dive due to inclement weather conditions. If you are worried that the weather will prevent the dive we urge you to call and confirm to see if the dive is still on. We will do our very best to reach you in the event that we need to cancel your dive. 

  • you will also NOT be charged for your  if your cruise ship is diverted 



  • More than 7 days notice must be given to cancel and receive refund

  • If less than 7 days notice is given than the charter fee is forfeited unless someone takes your spot


RETURN POLICY (Equipment Purchases)

  • 100% refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase if item is unused and in original packaging (must have receipt)

  • An additional 30 days (so 60 days total) for store credit (must have receipt)

  • If you have used the item within the 60 day period but your not satisfied with it bring it back and we’ll give you a 50% in-store credit

  • Items under manufacturer warranty will be handled according to manufacturers policy
